قهوة نيو داي، حبوب كاملة، تحميص متوسط - 12 أونصة - وحدة واحدة

The bag says medium roast but it brews up with a real depth that surprised me—smooth with no bitter bite, even black. I grind it each morning and the aroma alone makes the whole kitchen feel like a slower start to the day.

Finally, a medium roast that actually tastes like the altitude it's grown at — bright but not acidic, with that earthy sweetness you only get from mountain-grown beans. I ground a batch for my morning pour-over and the aroma alone made me slow down and enjoy the ritual again.

These beans have a smooth, mellow finish that I really look forward to each morning — you can tell they were grown somewhere special. The medium roast is perfect for my pour-over, and the 12 oz bag has lasted me almost two weeks.
