Bought the wholesale case for our café and the bars hold up well at 80% cocoa—deep, bitter, and not overly sweet. Each bar is a clean plain chocolate option, so we don't have to worry about fillings or inclusions.

Broke open the case and the 80% cocoa content hits exactly the right balance—not too sweet, not punishingly bitter. Each bar is a solid, clean break for portioning out on the counter.

The wholesale case was easy to break down for our shop displays, and each 80% bar has that clean snap and deep cocoa bite we wanted for the shelf. Customers have been coming back for it, so the case size is just right for steady turnover.
