These nuts are dangerously easy to polish off in one sitting — that naturally creamy texture really comes through, and knowing they're completely unsalted makes me feel better about it. I've already used them in a keto-friendly snack mix and they held up perfectly.
I was hoping for a richer macadamia flavor, but these taste pretty mild even though they're fresh and creamy. They're fine for baking where I'm adding other ingredients, though I won't buy them again just for snacking.
