De biologische koffiebonen van GoodSAM's New Day worden gewonnen van de inheemse stammen in de Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, Colombia. De koffie wordt verbouwd op heilige grond op een hoogte van 4.340 voet. Proefnotities: Donkere cacao, Toffee, Geroosterde noten.
The tasting notes really come through—smooth and a little chocolatey without any bitterness. Knowing the beans are grown at 4,340 feet on indigenous land in the Sierra Nevada makes my morning cup feel a bit more meaningful.
The bag reseals perfectly, and the beans have that rich, earthy aroma you'd expect from high-altitude Colombian soil. Ground a batch this morning and the cup was smooth with zero bitterness—exactly what I needed before the kids woke up.
The altitude detail sold me—knowing these beans came from 4,340 feet in the Sierra Nevada gives the cup a story that matches its smooth, medium body. I've brewed it every morning for a week and the ground size is consistent, no clogging in my drip maker.
