High in Colombia’s Sierra Nevada mountains—at 4,340 feet—our single-origin, organic Arabica coffee is grown in Pueblo Bello, Cesar by smallholder and Indigenous farmers who cultivate biodiverse, shade-grown plots rooted in regenerative traditions. Our Medium Roast is smooth, balanced, and endlessly sippable, with rich tasting notes of cacao, toasted caramel, and warm spice. Velvety and low-acid, it brews beautifully in drip, pour-over, French press, or espresso.
