The hazelnuts are chopped just right—big enough to crunch, small enough to stay put in every square. I broke off a piece after dinner and the snap was clean, the finish not overly sweet. This bar’s become my weekday treat.

The 70% cacao hits that perfect bittersweet note, and the hazelnuts are chopped just right so every bite has a satisfying crunch without overwhelming the chocolate. I grabbed one for an afternoon pick-me-up and ended up rationing it over three days because it’s that good.

I wasn't expecting the hazelnuts to be so generously scattered through every bite, but they add a nice crunch that keeps the 70% dark chocolate from feeling too heavy. The bar snapped cleanly when I broke off a square, and it melted slowly enough that I actually savored it for once.
