High in Colombia’s Sierra Nevada mountains—at 4,340 feet—our single-origin, organic Arabica coffee is grown in Pueblo Bello, Cesar by smallholder and Indigenous farmers who cultivate biodiverse, shade-grown plots rooted in regenerative traditions. Surrounded by forests, waterfalls, and fruit trees, each bean carries the flavor of the land and the legacy of the families who have stewarded it for generations.

Our Medium Roast is smooth, balanced, and endlessly sippable, with rich tasting notes of cacao, toasted caramel, and warm spice. Velvety and low-acid, it brews beautifully in drip, pour-over, French press, or espresso.
