The 80% cocoa really hits you on the first bite, bitter in the best way with just a hint of sweetness at the end. It snaps cleanly when you break off a piece, which tells me it's properly tempered. Been eating one square a night after dinner and it kills the dessert craving.
The cocoa intensity hits hard and clean—exactly what I wanted when I grabbed a plain 80% bar. Finished the whole thing in two sittings because the richness keeps you from needing more, which honestly feels like good value for a single unit.
Cracked it open after dinner and the snap was perfect, that deep 80% cocoa hit is exactly what I needed. It's intense and bold but not bitter at all, plain as advertised and honestly that's all I want from a bar like this.
